By accessing or using the iSmartClass platform (including web dashboard, mobile apps, and admin portals), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. User Responsibilities

Users (Schools, Teachers, Students, Parents) are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

• You must not share your account password with anyone.
• You are strictly prohibited from using the platform for any illegal activities or to harass others.
• Schools are responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter into the system.

3. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, iSmartClass does not guarantee uninterupted access. We reserve the right to suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or security updates. We will attempt to provide advance notice for scheduled maintenance.

4. Intellectual Property

The iSmartClass platform, including its code, design, logos, and features, is the intellectual property of Lacspace Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the platform without explicit written permission.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of iSmartClass is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
